 Dear My Future Child,

I've waited for you for a long time, and you were worth the wait. Upon your arrival, I will prepare your new bedroom, and fill our home with fun things and toys for you to play with. I'll read you bedtime stories, sing to you as you fall asleep, and cradle you in my arms. I will also cook and make yummy, nutritious foods and meals that I hope you'll enjoy and will help you to grow big and strong.

It wasn't easy to get to this point for our "Gotcha Day" as I had to go through many hoops to find you. I traveled far and wide to find you, I saved up funds in order to start our little family. But I'm so happy that I finally found you. You are everything that I hoped and dreamed for in a child. May you know that forever and always.

You are my dear sweet one, my sweet pea, my darling. I will love you so much, your parents' love will overflow and last a million lifetimes. Know that you are precious, adored, and forever loved.
